1. Shipping  We ship to all states within Australia. If you are an international customer please email us to arrange a shipping quote.

Your orders are beautifully gift wrapped in the Manon bis signature style.

Shipping varies anywhere between $7.50 - $40.00.

Shipping time varies depending on location. Orders will be sent within 2-3 business days of successfully processing your order.

Orders are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia post. Shipping is not covered by insurance. If insurance is required this will be at the customer’s expense.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will receive a second email notifying you when your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.


2. Gift Vouchers Our gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be sent directly with your message free of charge (within Australia). At check out just add in the details for our processing. Gift Vouchers can be used in-store only.


3. Returns Policy It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges in-store or online if you simply change your mind. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can exchange it for another size or colour within 7 days. 

In accordance with Australian consumer law Manon bis is not required to provide a refund or replacement for change of mind or if the incorrect size has been purchased. If the garment you have purchased is not suitable or the size is incorrect we will offer you an exchange or credit note, as long as it meets the following criteria.

For in-store and online purchases of clothing to be eligible for a return the garment must be unworn, with labels still attached and in the original packaging. Any garment that smells of perfume or deodorant or is marked in any way, or has been altered cannot be returned.  All swing tags and accessories must remain attached to the garment. We will not accept returns of any items which show signs of wear or use or have been washed or dry-cleaned. Any sign of use or wear will disqualify the item from being returned or exchanged.  If upon return and review the item is not accepted it will be sent back to you at your cost and a return will not be granted.

There are no returns on discounted or sale items. All sale merchandise is considered final sale. All merchandise which is marked down is ineligible for a refund or size exchange at any time.

Lay-bys must be paid for in full within 6 weeks, ideally with regular payments made. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on Lay-by items due to change of mind, nor refunds on Lay-by payments made due to change of mind. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required on all Lay-bys.

Parcels that are returned to Manon Bis remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We recommend that you retain proof of postage and that you clearly label your parcel as a return.

The returned item must be in new, unused, unmarked, saleable condition with original swing tags and accessories attached and in the original packaging. Any postage/shipping charges for the return of the item and for delivery of a replacement item must be paid by you.

4. Damaged items Should you consider an item flawed or damaged upon delivery please contact us as soon as you receive it to discuss a return or replacement.

5. Payment We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard credit card payments and AfterPay (online only.)

All prices include GST. All product prices and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar Currency ($AUD)

6. Privacy Manon Bis respects your private information and only uses such information to provide you with the best customer service possible. We do not share your private information with any third party. We may use your email address to send our email newsletters or other announcements regarding promotions and new products.
