1. Shipping We ship for all within Australia. If you are an international customer, please email us to arrange shipping.
Your orders are beautifully gift wrapped in the Manon bis signature style.
For items under 3 kilos, we charge a flat rate of $15. All other items about this amount, shipping varies anywhere between $20-$40.
Shipping time varies depending on location. Orders will be sent within 2 Business days of successfully processing your order.
Orders are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia post. Shipping is not covered by insurance.
Once your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will receive a second email notifying you when your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.
2. Gift Vouchers Our gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be sent directly with your message free of charge (within Australia). At check out just add in the details for our processing. Gift Vouchers can be used in-store only.
3. Returns Policy It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can exchange it within 7 days.
Please email us at email@example.com or contact us on 03 9521 1866 within 7 days of receipt quoting the original order number and your reason for returning the item.
You will be allocated a Return Authorisation Number which you must record on the outside of the parcel that you are returning to us.
Parcels that are returned to Manon Bis remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We recommend that you retain proof of postage and that you clearly label your parcel as a return.
The returned item must be in new, unused, unmarked, saleable condition and in the original packaging. Any postage/shipping charges for the return of the item must be paid by you, but Manon bis will pay for the delivery of the replacement item to you.
Damaged items Should you consider an item flawed or damaged upon delivery please contact us as soon as you receive it to discuss a return or replacement.
Exceptions Please note that some items including clearance and sale items cannot be returned, replaced or refunded.

4. Payment We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments.
